• We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Your package will be shipped on the first shipping day following your order.  Orders placed Wednesday-Sunday ship the following Monday.
• We ship to the continental United States and Puerto Rico.  Sorry, no shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

How Do We Ship? 

• Fish are carefully selected to ensure they are strong and ready to be shipped.  We want to make sure your fish will do well during shipping.  Fish health is our top priority.
• We check the weather forecast for our location, the delivery location and points in-between. We will hold shipments if temperatures are extremely high or low. Heat or ice packs are used when appropriate at no additional charge. Any shipping holds will be communicated quickly with you.
• Your fish will be packaged, shipping labels attached and dropped off with the USPS.
• We will email you the tracking number shortly after shipping allowing you to track at USPS.com.
